Hazel Hutchinson is back home after an exciting trip overseas, as a member of a prestigious team of dancers who took the stage at the World Tap Championships in Riesa, Germany.
Oakville youth previously confined to wheelchair wins silver medals in international dance competition. After an insect bite in 2015 left Vienna Del Mastro without the use of her legs, she has since fully recovered and just won a Silver Medal at the World Championships in Riesa, Germany for her solo and another Silver Medal for Production. Teenage dance team to compete for medals in Poland
Canada's national street dance show team is off to the Czech Republic to compete in the 2018 Street Dance Show World Championships for the first time! To celebrate, they held a special showcase event for friends and family on September 16th at Bringing Tap Back in Kitchener, with celebratory food, drinks and a final dress rehearsal. Way to go guys! Flamborough tapper wins gold at IDO World Tap Championships
Armed with shined-up leather shoes, a smile and a rhythm, Mats Nixon tapped his way into the world of dance’s heart at the IDO World Tap Dance Championships in Germany this fall.
More than 200 performers across many genres including dancers, musicians and actors will showcase their talents in the fifth annual community fundraiser 'Inspiration' on Thursday Nov. 2, beginning at 7 p.m. at River Run Centre.
