Oakville youth previously confined to wheelchair wins silver medals in international dance competition.  After an insect bite in 2015 left Vienna Del Mastro without the use of her legs, she has since fully recovered and just won a Silver Medal at the World Championships in Riesa, Germany for her solo and another Silver Medal for Production.
