If you have been successfully selected to represent Canada at The World Championships, we do require a commitment from all DANCERS TO ATTEND ALL CHOREOGRAPHY CLASSES. We also require s commitment from both DANCERS & PARENTS TO FOSTER GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP TO OTHER TEAM CANADA DANCE MEMBERS AS WELL AS DANCERS WORLDWIDE.
*Choreography week is mandatory!

Selected SUNDAYS will be chosen for fall team rehearsals. You will receive the full fall schedule during choreography week.

The team will depart 2 days before the start of the competition and return 1 day after the competition. An extended stay option will be offered for those wishing to stay an extra week for a holiday. The team will fly to Toronto on separate flights as there is no airline that can accomodate the full team from Winnipeg to Toronto. As for the transatlantic flight, the entire team will travel together on the same aircraft.
Choreography will be between $130-200/per genre. This price also includes the fall rehearsal fee.
Modern choreography is $300 which includes choreography boot camp, a second session on Thanksgiving weekend and rehearsals in Poland
*additional fees will be charged if you are selected for more than one routine, such as solo, duo or small group.
**rehearsal fees are due on the first rehearsal day and are PAYABLE TO THE CHOREOGRAPHER
Costume fees could range from $85 - $200 per genre. Every effort will be made to either borrow or rent from studios if possible. However, sometimes, depending on the theme, this is not always possible. We do try to keep costs as low as possible.
ADMISSION TO COMPETITION:
Dancers are covered in their fees to attend the competition. Parents fees are determined by the organizer of The Championships. These fees are not posted at this time, but you will likely find out parental admission fee at the Team Meeting.
**This cost includes air travel, ground transport in Poland to/from airport and hotel/venue, some meals, Team Canada Dance Jacket, and head coach travel. The dancers fees also includes competition starter fees, National fees,and IDO fees.
A fundraising package will be sent to you to should you wish to get sponsors to help cover costs.
We accept cheques, Paypal, or e-Transfers. Dues can be paid monthly or in full.
